Training & Leadership

Leadership as a driver of transformation

On the Destination Success programme broadcast on BSuccess TV, His Excellency President Simplice Mathieu Sarandji shared his journey, his vision of leadership and his experience serving public institutions. Through this conversation, viewers discovered the values of perseverance, responsibility and ambition that have marked his career.

The programme also addressed the importance of free enterprise, civic engagement and leadership development among young people, encouraging them to become drivers of change in their communities.

A wave of solidarity

Constant support for social action.

The health and well-being of the Senegalese people are a priority for TIENS DS-COM. Our organisation therefore works closely with the Ministry of Health and Social Action to support efforts in prevention and the improvement of health conditions.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, TIENS DS-COM took part in the national solidarity effort with a visit to the then Minister of Health, Abdoulaye Diouf Sarr. The organisation made a financial contribution and provided hygiene kits and medical supplies, while stepping up awareness campaigns on protective measures.

The meeting with SEN – Pharmacie Nationale d’Approvisionnement (SEN-PNA) illustrates this commitment to building lasting partnerships based on dialogue, complementary expertise and the search for innovative solutions that serve the population.
