Entrepreneurship & employment

Supporting youth entrepreneurship & employment

Africa’s greatest wealth is its human capital. Its youth, entrepreneurial energy and capacity for innovation are a tremendous lever for economic and social transformation.

Since its creation, TIENS DS-COM has placed support for women and men at the heart of its commitment. Through a model based on training, mentoring, skills development and free enterprise, the organisation helps a new generation of entrepreneurs emerge, able to create value, jobs and opportunities in their communities.

Beyond individual success, this approach aims to foster a real culture of economic independence, responsibility and leadership, giving everyone the means to become a driver of development. It has been praised by many institutional figures who recognise TIENS DS-COM’s contribution to employment, youth empowerment and the growth of Africa’s entrepreneurial fabric.

Because every entrepreneur is a growth opportunity for their region, TIENS DS-COM pursues its mission: supporting talent, revealing potential and helping build an Africa where individual initiative becomes a driver of shared prosperity.
