Those who shape the journeys.

At the heart of the TIENS DS-COM model, trainers play a key role in members’ progress, turning learning into concrete results.

Training & support

Structuring progress.

Trainers hold a central place in the model. They do more than pass on knowledge: they guide journeys, develop skills and create momentum for progress.

Their role is decisive: turning an intention into action and an action into results.

  • Guiding journeys

Every journey is unique and deserves personal follow-up.

  • Turning learning into results

Learning finds its meaning in concrete, measurable action.

Passing on knowledge, supporting others and contributing to their progress is at the heart of the trainer’s role.
